This mchine with vertical double layer ring die structurer, ring die made of stainless steel or alloy steel, ring die verticall installed on the biomass pellet mill, with 2 layers, one ring die can using 2 times, saving the running cost for the straw pellet press machine, and ring die is vised no rotary, only inner rollers is rotating, this structure make the machine working stable, more suitable for biomass pellet making, high capacity and lowe maintiance ratio.
This biomass pellet making machine have 2 pcs Big rollers rotary againsed the innerside of ring die inside, so big part ring die fixed on machine, only rollers rotary, make the wood pellet machine working more stable, roller shell after heat treatment, long lifetime, good for press hard biomass materials.
XGJ850 pellet prduction machine with automatical lubircating system, can lubricating the main shaft bearing and the roller bearing automatically. can make the machine no stop continually working.
This vertical type biomass pellet making machine is good for press difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for example, hard wood sawdust, soft wood sawdust, rice husk, paddy straw, sunflower husk, peanut shell and coffe husk, or other fruit shell; branch, stem, bark and other wood waste; a variety of crop stalks, and other biomass materials.
