Cylinder Type Pre Cleaner Machine Rotary Drum Wheat Corn Seed Grain Separator
SCY series cylinder type rotary drum grain cleaner separator is mainly made of the sieve cylinder drive mechanism,charging device,dedust device and sieve surface clearing mechanism.
It is a cleaning equipment using rotary cylinder sieve surface to screen by itself.suitable for cleaning big sundries and light sundries of grain.
At the same time,with the separation of large.medium and light impurities in the effectiveness.
It can also be customized structure of the powder devices,to save energy.
Features of Rotary Drum Grain Cleaner Separator:
1. It has good cleaning effect and high impurities removing efficcency. The efficiency of removing big impurities is higher than 99%. The big impurities do not contain complete granules or clean materials;
2. Horizontal contilever screen cylinder is adopted. Screen cylinder is divided into feeding section and discharging-sieving section. The use of different combinatin of screen holes can get ideal sieving efficiency;
3. Adverse feeding type is adopted. The discharging secion of screen cylinder is fitted with screw, which increase actual sieving length, reachinges sufficient sieving effectively prevents impurities from carrying clean materials;
4. The structure of inner sieving and outer brush cleaning is adopted. The fiber impurities and paddy straw are discharged in the shape of ball through guide screw and are cleaned automatically and reliably;
5. It has low power, high capacity, smooth and reliable running, convenient screen replacing and maintenance, compact structure and less floor space;
6. It is widely used for pre cleaning of raw materials in the industries of feed, oil, flour, rice milling,grain warehouse,food,ect.
