This floating fish feed plant can make different feed pellets, the DGP series floating fish feed plant extruder can produce: suspended aquatic feed particles, sinking fish, shrimp and crab feed particles, pet feed particles, fishing fish feed particles, etc.

Features of Floating Fish Feed Plant Extruder:
1. The international advanced cutting structure adopts soft knife laminating form to realize stepless speed change. It can cut the discharge particles into required length products at will, and it is not easy to produce burr.
2. The design is novel, unique, simple in structure, easy to install, easy to disassemble and easy to operate.
3. The screw sleeve and screw are made of special wear-resistant and high-temperature alloy steel and heat-treated, which have the advantages of wear resistance and long service life.
4. Unique pressure increasing die device is set inside to ensure feed output and quality, and electric heating device is equipped to improve feed expansion rate.
5.The main motor adopts high-quality Y Series two-phase and three-phase motors to ensure strong power.
6. Speed control feeding device, more convenient to operate, feed evenly, prevent suffocation.
7. It is easy to replace the discharge template, and the feed with different pore size only needs to be replaced.
8. The cutter adopts frequency converter to realize stepless speed change, and the pattern can be any length. 304 stainless steel plate is used outside, which is clean, tidy and convenient to clean. The length of screw can increase the proportion of fresh meat.
