This Floating Fish Food Pellet Machine is widely used for producing maize flour, soybean flour or compound powder, wheat bran into high grade aquatic feed pellets for fish, catfish, shrimps, dog,.cat etc. The puffing fish feed pellets can float on the water surface for over 12 hours without water polution.
Main Materail of Floating Fish Food Pellet Machine:
Wheat meal, maize powder, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, fish meal, bone meal, corn meal, meat meal, etc.
Moisture of raw material:20%-25%
Oil content: ≤10%
Starch content: ≥30%

Application and Features of Dry Type Floating Fish Food Pellet Machine:
1. The finished pellets can keep floating more than 12 hours without pollution to water.
2. The floating fish feed pellet extruder machine can make pellet from Φ0.6mm-20mm just by changing the mold.
3. As the material is sent into feeding device, it will be pressed by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized.This will make the pellets easily to digest.
4. The cutting device can be adjusted to make pellets of different length.
