Sunman, the Sunhy β-mannanase, can contribute to improving the nutrients digestion and growth performance of animals.
Different with many raw materials from animal sources, there are kinds of anti-nutritional factors in plant ingredients, such as phytate, trypsin inhibitor, etc. Non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs), as one of anti-nutritional factors in some cereal plant ingredients, have negative effects on nutrients absorption and utilization of plant ingredients. As one of NSPs, mannan exists in many plant ingredients, such as soybean meal, palm meal, etc. Therefore, the supplementation of exogenous mannanase can help to hydrolyzing the mannan of diets, and thus improving the utilization of nutrients.

How does β-mannanase work ?
1) Decrease the viscosity of chyme in intestine
Mannan can be hydrolyzed into mannan-oligosaccharide by β-mannanase, which greatly reduce the viscosity of chyme in intestine and also increase the effective interaction between nutrients and intestinal mucosa.
2) Help to breaking the structure of plant cell wall
Under the synergistic effect of β-mannanase and other NSP enzymes, the plant cell wall can be disintegrated and the intracellular nutrients can be released.
