The ceramic anilox roller utilizes the plasma method to melt the thermally sprayed chromium oxide powder, which is then sprayed onto the surface of the metal smooth roller, firmly bonding with the metal roller to create a high-hardness and dense ceramic film. This film is ground, polished, and processed with a laser beam to engrave ink holes on the surface, using multi-beam high-precision laser engraving.
