Description
MM Duplex 3.0mm ST to ST Fiber Optic Patch Cord manufactured by ANC International Co., Limited combines duplex 62.5/125 multimode fiber cable with machine-polished ST connectors. MM ST fiber optic patch cord provides a cost-effective solution that offers high bandwidth and transmission rates over short distances. This high-quality multimode fiber optic patch cable is designed for ethernet applications. Each connection has great durability and is resistant to pulls, strains and impacts during installation. Each cable is 100% optically inspected and tested for insertion loss before you receive it. A pull-proof jacket design surrounds the 62.5/125 multimode fiber which is immune to electrical interference. The jackets are available in a variety of material, including standard PVC (OFNR), Plenum (OFNP), and Low-Smoke (LSZH).
Fiber optic patch cord is one of most commonly used components in fiber optic network. Fiber optic patch cords sometimes are also called fiber optic jumper or fiber optic patch cables. Generally there are two types of fiber optic patch cords: single mode fiber optic patch cords and multimode fiber optic patch cords. Here the word mode means the transmitting mode of the fiber optic light in the fiber optic cable core. Usually single mode fiber optic patch cord are with 9/125-fiber glass and is yellow jacket color, multi mode fiber optic patch cord are with 50/125 or 62.5/125 fiberglass and is orange color.
