Before 2012, we are mainly engaged in the cultivation, preliminary processing and wholesale of wolfberry. We have 200 Mu goji berry farm and modern processing line in ningxia, and also have black wolfberry farm in Gansu Yumen and Xinjiang Korla. The self-owned planting farm ensures the product quality can be traced back from the source. Besides, to ensure the long-term stability and high quality of the supply. Adhering to modern field management, use biological pesticides and organic fertilizers instead of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Since 2014, we have started domestic and foreign trade. Yes. We can send you free sample for your evaluation,but freight charges will be at your account,and we will deduct the freight charges from your order later.
2. Do you offer retail sales? Yes. Even if you want very little quantity, no matter 0.5kg or 1kg. we can do it use express, we accept PAYPAL or Western Union etc, just contact with us.
3.Could you give us a discount price? It depends on the quantity,the larger quantity ,the more discount you can enjoy, and just contact with us for more information, we will try the best.

5. How you can guarantee the quality of mass production same with the sample send before,and guarantee the stability of the quality. We have reserved the sample which we have send you in our sample room,and we have stable raw material and produced according to HACCP Standard.
6. How can you deal with quality issues if your product is not qualified? A). Customers take photos or send the testing report of unqualified goods,we will send to our Quality department for verify. B).If the issues is confirmed,we will explain the reason caused and give you compensation as agrement, and solve the problem to prevent it happening again.
7. What is the payment term? A) .100% payment in advance if by air. B) .30% deposit,and 70% against the copy of the B/L C) .Any Special payment as we discussion.
8. What is the lead time of production? A).If the products you requested,we have stock,we will arrange the shipment as soon as we received your deposit. B) .If the products need production,usually it will take abt 7-10 days for delivery.
