Anodized Aluminium Sheet Description

The general principle of the oxidation film generation of anodized aluminum plate:

Taking aluminum plate as anode and placing it in electrolyte solution , the process of forming aluminum oxide film on its surface by electrolysis is called anodic oxidation treatment of aluminum plate . The cathode in the device is the material with high chemical stability in the electrolytic solution , such as lead , stainless steel , aluminum , etc . The principle of anodic oxidation of aluminum is essentially the principle of hydrolysis . As the current passes through , hydrogen gas is released on the cathode ; At the anode , the oxygen precipitated is not only molecular oxygen , but also atomic oxygen ( O ) and ionic oxygen , usually represented as molecular oxygen in the reaction . The aluminum as anode is oxidized by the oxygen precipitated from it to form an anhydrous alumina film . The oxygen generated does not all interact with aluminum , but partly precipitates in the form of gaseous state .

Anodized aluminum plate is widely used in machinery parts , aircraft and automobile parts , precision instruments and radio equipment , building decoration , machine shell , lamps and lanterns lighting , consumer electronics, handicrafts , household appliances , interior decoration , signs , furniture , automotive decoration and other industries .

l Normally , for aluminum sheet , 20MT can be loaded into 20 foot container , we suggest to use 20 foot container , the sea freight rate is much cheaper than 40 foot container .
l the packing is very strong , which has 3 lays , thick fiber , foam , plastic , enough drying agent , suitable for long distance sea transportation .
l We use wooden pallet and steel pallet according to customer request ;
l Wooden boxes will be used in the outside packing .
l We have fixing in the container to avoid any damage during the transportation .
