Precision Metal Stamping Parts instroduction
Precision carbon steel metal stamping parts are the core of Yonglihao's services. Our stamping capabilities include progressive, forming, bending, blanking, coining, forming, secondary, shallow drawing and perforation. Our process allows us to stamp products with a thickness of 0.005 inches to 0.188 inches and a tolerance of ±0.001 inches.
Yonglihao is also an expert in high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel stamping parts, which allows us to produce high-quality parts using load tonnage monitors, proximity sensors, infrared lasers, optical fibers and other equipment to ensure accuracy.

Chrome-plated custom bracket for the automotive industry
The prototype project was commissioned by a customer in the automotive industry. AIC provided us with twelve brackets for safely fixing the foot pads. In order to accurately create the contour on the bending machine, we designed and manufactured soft molds using cold rolled steel, spot welded the components, and applied a transparent zinc chromate coating to prevent rust and corrosion of the bracket. After completion, the size of the bracket is 1.25 inches long and 2.0 inches wide, and is produced within a tolerance range of ±0.10 inches. These prototypes are essential for order approval, our customer's engineering, design, and material specifications were met and delivered to the customer within three weeks.
Progressive molded wear-resistant plate for construction industry
The project involved the design of progressive molded wear plates for manufacturers in the construction industry. The final product requires AIC to comply with the correct combination of strength, hardness and toughness requirements. Our team of qualified engineers is able to develop advanced die stamping processes, which enables us to create geometrically complex parts with tight tolerances on bends, angles, channels and radii. In just two weeks, AIC was able to cold-roll the steel, perform ferritic nitrocarburizing and quality control, and shipped 150,000 sets of this key component.
Metal stamping base assembly for the power tool industry Metal stamping base
This project is a prototype designed for power tool manufacturers. Our well-equipped facilities and expert team allow us to use various manufacturing processes to manufacture pins, channels, bases, rear nose bridges and latch components. This project involves not only our design engineering capabilities, but also our stamping, milling and casting processes. Through the process of this project, our welding technicians were able to demonstrate their skills in TIG and brazing during the assembly process. In addition, our technicians were able to complete all planned components in only three months to assemble and ship 2500 units.
