Product Description

 

1060 aluminum plate belongs to pure aluminum with a purity of 99.6%. 1060 aluminum plate contains 0.05% copper and has a conductivity of 55%. In addition, the strength of 1060 aluminum plate is relatively low. It is essentially pure aluminum alloy and has many different states, such as O (annealed), H12, H14, H16, H18, etc. In addition, other aluminum plates belonging to the commercial pure forging series can also be used, including 1050, 1070, 1100, etc.
1060 aluminum plate has high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, but its strength is low, it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, and its machinability is not good; it can be gas welded, hydrogen atom welded, contact welded, and not easy to braze; it is easy to withstand various pressure processing , extend and bend.

 The difference between aluminum plate 1060 H14 and 1060 H24

H is Hardness

 

1060 H14 means no heat treatment, only work hardening, so that the tensile strength of the material is between 0 (annealed) and 8 (hard state), which is the average value.

1060 H24 in the H said processing hardening state, H24 said control hardness and other physical properties of the processing process, this is the semi-hard state.

 

Application

 

1060 aluminum sheet is widely used in products which do not require high strength. Products are often used for signs, billboards, building decoration, bus body, high-rise buildings and factory wall decoration, kitchen sinks, lamp holders, fan leaves, electronic parts, chemical instruments, sheet processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave utensils, welding parts, heat exchangers, clock surfaces and panels, nameplates, kitchenware, decorations, reflective appliances, etc.

1060 aluminum sheet mainly mill finish, with blue PE films or paper-interleaved. This alloy can’t make the heat treatment and the main temper are H24, H14, also can be produced with fully annealed and be soft temper. 1060 aluminum sheet can also be wildly used for producing aluminum circles and discs which is very soft and good for spinning and deep drawing.
