Coated Aluminum Coil refers to the aluminum coil through coating and coloring treatment such as cleaning, chromizing, roll coating by various colors of paint, baking etc. Its paint has different types such as PE/PVDF/HDPE/FEVE. There are RAL color, wood and stone grain, embossing on color choosing, which can customize according to customer's requests.

In-process inspection:
Keep checking the painting thickness, color differences(ΔE), glossy, surface condition,
T-bend...Especially items made agreements with customer in the contract.
Final inspection:
Re-check all goods by taking out samples one by one by QC team.
At last we will keep samples and test records in stock for every coil.
