1. Descriptions:
HPL honeycomb panel is a fire-resistant sandwich panel with high-pressure decorative laminate, which is reinforced with aluminum plate and aluminum honeycomb as the core. The hexagonal structure of aluminum honeycomb core has the best mechanical properties and good decorative performance, especially suitable for indoor wall panels. Various panel thicknesses can be customized, and the common thicknesses are 20mm, 30mm and 40mm. Standard honeycomb panel size is 4 feet × 8 feet, 1220 × 2440mm.
HPL honeycomb panel is a composite material laminated by two HPL panels, with aluminum honeycomb core inside. The laminated aluminum honeycomb panel is specially designed and manufactured for the decoration of ships, commercial ships, yachts, etc. HPL aluminum honeycomb panel can be single-sided or double-sided laminated. The most common laminated material is FORMICA or WILSONART.
