Brief introduction
Electromagnetic powder clutch FL12A is especially for high-precision tension control, overload protection, torque loaders, such as printing machine, paper machine, rewinding machine, wire drawing machine, metal calender, film processing machine, textile machinery, etc. It has advantages of fast response,simple structure, no pollution, no noise, no shock and so on.
Application
Features
1) Stable slip torque. The slip rotational speed between driven rotor and active rotor do not affect the transitive torque when the magnetizing current retain constant. The static friction torque and the dynamic friction torque is same. So the torque can retain constant stably.
2) The transmission torque output is linear. The slip torque can get controlled within large range. Under normal circumstance, the magnetizing current has a linear relationship with transitive torque within range of 5%-100% rated torque.
3) Adjustable torque. Torque levels can be increased or decreased by changing the current, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
4) No adjustment of the motor. The motor is designed so that it does not need adjustment of the friction surface, and once it is installed only very minor adjustments are needed.
