    Briefly
    ZL-803F of the tension controller refers to the ability to permanently control the tension of the tape as it is transported on the device. This is the new version in 2020,which has high performance than old versions. It is the newest model for manual tension controller, the output of current is 0-4 ampere, can control all sizes of powder brake and clutch. Manual tension controller can change the AC220V to a stable supply of DC24V, change excitation electric current of magnetic powder clutch/ brake or torque of servomotor automatically to meet the material's rewinding and unwinding tension demands. The controller can be used in several occasions needed to carry on measuring and controlling accurately with the tension and have application extensively with flexible in usage.

Rewinding process:
Torque motor output torque, connected to magnetic powder clutch, then the brake connects with the rewinding shaft to collect the material. Electric torque-motor controller control the torque motor, tension controller control the magnetic powder clutch, resulting in uniform material rewind, proper speed and roll tight.

3. What’s your MOQ basis?
Normally, we don’t have MOQ request, except the rollers.
 
4. What about the lead time for production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For powder clutch, powder brake, tension controller, load cell and edge position controller which is about 3-5 days. For safety chucks, air shaft and roller which need about 15-30days.
 
5. What is the term of delivery?
We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most convenient one or cost-effective way.
