Hydraulic hinge, the full name of the torsion spring hydraulic buffer closing hinge, is one of the earliest automatic closing hinges to replace the door closer on the market.

Soft-close hydraulic hinge is a kind of hinge, also known as hydraulic hinge.
Hydraulic hinge relies on an entirely new technology to adapt to the speed at which the door closes.
The door closes slowly and automatically at 60°, reducing the impact force and creating a comfortable effect when closing.
Even if you close the door hard, it closes gently, ensuring perfect movement and quietness.
In mechanical physics, the reduction of system energy - damping vibrations is not all caused by "drag". As far as mechanical vibration is concerned, one is the heat generated due to frictional resistance, which reduces the mechanical energy of the system and converts it into internal energy.
This kind of damping is called frictional damping; the other is that the system vibrates the surrounding particles, so that the energy of the system is gradually radiated to the surroundings and becomes wave energy. This damping is called radiation damping.
1. Power: When the hinge is opened, the torsion spring built in the hinge shaft is twisted and deformed to generate a reaction closing force;
2. Hydraulic pressure: a small oil cylinder is built in the hinge shaft, and the piston with the oil return hole slides back and forth along the cylinder wall to produce blockage, that is, hydraulic pressure;
3. Buffering: When the hinge is closed, the pressure generated by the twisting of the torsion spring forces the hydraulic oil in the cylinder to flow through the small hole of the piston. Because the oil hole diameter is small, the oil flow rate is slow, which prevents the torsion spring from closing the door quickly, that is, buffering.

Advantages:
