PVC Film Decorative Gypsum Ceiling Tiles Board for Indoor Ceiling Decoration is a material made of building gypsum as the main raw material. It is a building material with light weight, higher strength, thinner thickness, convenient processing, sound insulation, heat insulation, and fire protection. It is one of the new light-weight panels that are currently being developed.

Gypsum board has been widely used in interior partitions, wall cladding panels (instead of wall plastering), ceilings, sound-absorbing panels, ground base panels and various buildings such as houses, office buildings, shops, hotels and industrial plants. Kinds of decorative panels, etc., used indoors should not be installed in the bathroom or kitchen.

Features:

(1) Low production energy consumption. The cementitious plaster used in the production of gypsum board has an energy consumption per unit of 78% lower than that of cement.

(2) Lightweight insulation. Using gypsum board as partition wall, the weight is only 1/3 1/4 of brick wall. At the same time, due to the porous structure of gypsum board, its thermal conductivity is 0.30. Compared with brick (0.43) and concrete (1.63), it has excellent thermal insulation performance.

(3) It has excellent fire resistance. As gypsum releases water when heated, its fire resistance limit can reach more than 2h.

(4) Good decoration function. The surface of the gypsum board is flat, and the board and the board can be firmly bonded together through the cementing material, forming a seamless structure, and the building decoration effect is good.

(5) Good constructability. Gypsum board can be nailed, sawn, glued, and construction is very convenient. Using it for decoration can get rid of traditional wet work and greatly improve construction efficiency.

(1) Sound insulation. (3) Strength. When the lateral load of the wall is 250 Pa, the maximum lateral deformation of the wall is not more than 1/240 of the wall height.

(4) Humidity adjustment. When the humidity in the air is greater than its own water content, the gypsum board can absorb the moisture in the air; on the contrary, the gypsum board can release the moisture in the board, which can play a role in regulating the humidity in the indoor air.
