Product description:
Plant straw Gypsum board is different from ordinary gypsum board. Because of the use of a large amount of plant straw, the local waste is fully utilized, which not only solves the environmental protection problem, but also increases the economic income of farmers. The weight of the board is reduced, the transportation cost is reduced, and the consumption of coal and electricity is reduced by 30%-45%, which is in full compliance with the policies of related industries.
Features:
(1) Low production energy consumption. The cementitious plaster used in the production of gypsum board has an energy consumption per unit of 78% lower than that of cement.
(2) Lightweight insulation. Using gypsum board as partition wall, the weight is only 1/3 1/4 of brick wall. At the same time, due to the porous structure of gypsum board, its thermal conductivity is 0.30. Compared with brick (0.43) and concrete (1.63), it has excellent thermal insulation performance.
(3) It has excellent fire resistance. As gypsum releases water when heated, its fire resistance limit can reach more than 2h.
(4) Good decoration function. The surface of the gypsum board is flat, and the board and the board can be firmly bonded together through the cementing material, forming a seamless structure, and the building decoration effect is good.
(5) Good constructability. Gypsum board can be nailed, sawn, glued, and construction is very convenient. Using it for decoration can get rid of traditional wet work and greatly improve construction efficiency.
(6) Comfortable living function. Due to the unique "breathing" performance of gypsum board, it has the ability to adjust indoor humidity to make living comfortable.
(7) High production efficiency. It is conducive to large-scale production. Among various building boards, gypsum board has the highest production efficiency, which is convenient for large-scale production.
(8) Low investment. Compared with fiber gypsum board and cement foam board, gypsum board production equipment can realize continuous mechanized production, so the equipment utilization rate is very high and the equipment investment is low.

(1) Sound insulation. (2) Fire prevention. Gypsum board is a non-combustible material with certain fire resistance, and some can be used as a fire protection layer for steel structures.
(3) Strength. When the lateral load of the wall is 250 Pa, the maximum lateral deformation of the wall is not more than 1/240 of the wall height.
(4) Humidity adjustment. When the humidity in the air is greater than its own water content, the gypsum board can absorb the moisture in the air; on the contrary, the gypsum board can release the moisture in the board, which can play a role in regulating the humidity in the indoor air.
