Product description:
Non-paper-faced gypsum board has a unique, high-density, high-strength raw material formula and environmental protection and energy-saving technology, which completely solves the traditional paper-faced gypsum board and cement fiberboard. The poor toughness, easy deformation, yellowing, moldy surface is easy to fall off, and water resistant. Many defects such as poor performance are the upgraded products of gypsum board, cement fiber board and calcium silicate board.
Features:
(1) Fire performance
It is a fireproof material of A1 grade. In addition to being flame-retardant when a fire occurs, it can also release 15% to 20% of its own weight of water, which can greatly reduce the temperature of the fire surface and reduce fire losses.
(2) Odorless
It is odorless, and the radionuclide limit is in line with the Class A decorative material standard specified in GB6566-2010, and it can be recycled and is a green material.
(3) Strong water resistance
After being soaked in water for more than 48 hours without obvious softness, it can be restored after natural drying.
(4) Good acoustic effect
Tests show that the transmission loss of 4MM thick GFG material is 500HZ23DB, 10HZ27DB, which meets the requirements of professional acoustic reflection and can achieve good sound insulation effects.
(5) Short production cycle
Fully automatic mechanized mass production line with automatic drying and gong stacking.
(6) High strength and impact resistance
Evenly and stably withstand pressure, impact resistance, Barcol hardness and other strength tests, the product will not deform, sink, bend, or be thermally expanded.
(7) Efficient anti-crack
Because there is no paper surface on the surface of the board, it can be perfectly integrated with the caulking plaster, which greatly reduces the occurrence of cracks.
(8) Convenient construction
The installation adopts light steel structure, the construction is rapid and flexible. Through the fully mechanized production, the various dimensions of the product are accurate and the construction cost is lower and the cycle is shorter.
