Aluminum is the most frequently used material for aluminum castings to produce light weight parts.
The basic principle of low pressure casting of aluminum alloy is to make the liquid aluminum alloy fill the aluminum mold and the whole solidification process under the effect of low working pressure so as to obtain high quality casting. Because the commonly used working pressure is low (0.06 ~ 0.15MPa), it is called aluminum alloy low pressure casting.

In house tooling design and fabrication, normally one day one mold produced. we have vertical machining center, planar machining center as well as tens of high-precision equipments such as WEDM-LS cutting machines and EDM machines.

Die Casting Workshop
We have a total of 20 high-precision die-casting machines, 60 Germany Vinohans Machines, and hundreds of CNC lathes and 30 porous drilling machines. Material feeding, discharging, cleaning and conveying are all automatically finished by mechanical arms. There are 4 lines can meet your mass production requirements.

Auto Spray Workshop
We have independently researched and developed six spraying systems with characteristics of environmental protection, full-automation and full-enclosure  .It adopts electrostatic spraying and owns dust exhaust system.
