Metal rib lath machine is used for produce galvanized rib lath.The full production line includes the following equipments:Decoiler,main punching machine,expanding machine,collecting table.
Rib lath machine with high production efficiency(produce 80.46m per hour),during production less waste of materials,can saving material cost.Whole production line fully automatic,workers can operate rib lath machine easily;Rib lath machine can customized according to customer's rib lath specification.For rib lath width can be 600mm,610mm,810mm,900mm,ect.For rib lath rib distance can be 100mm,150mm,can be customized.Also rib deep can be 5mm,6mm,7mm,8mm,even 15mm,ect.Rib lath production line can cut the finished rib lath automaticly,only need to set on the electric cabine,customer can cut the rib lath length as their demand.
Rib lath production line operation steps:
1. Turn on the control box main power and separate power supply.Turn on air pressure switch.
2. Start the punching machine working.
3. Start the expanding machine working.
4. Set packing number.
5. Adjust products length.(±2mm)
6. Punched steel material into expanding machine.
7. Expanded rib lath into cut off die,the first cut made the mesh leveling.
8. Precise adjust the product length.
9. Automaticly cycle production.
