Generally flattening machine have two same rollers.Recently our company designed four-roller flattening machine,with two big 500mm diameter rollers and two small 200mm diameter rollers.Four-roller flattening machine's flatten force is bigger than two-roller flattening machine.So if needed,customer can choose four-roller flattening machine.
When expanded metal machine finished produce expanded metal mesh or aluminum expanded metal mesh,the mesh surface is not pretty well,need further processing,then should use flattening machine flatten the mesh.The flattened expanded metal has nice outlook and smooth appearance, with higher value.
