HT200 Pressure Die Casting Mould Gray Iron Gearbox Housing
The Gearbox Housing is the basic component, used to install and support all parts of the transmission and store lubricating oil. It has precise bores for mounting bearings. The transmi ssion is subject to variable loads, so the housing should have sufficient stiffness, the inner wall should be reinforced, the shape is complex, and it is mostly made of castings (the material is gray cast iron, commonly used HT200).
In order to facilitate installation, the transmission part and the control part are often made into splits, and the box cover and the shell are connected with bolts and positioned reliably. There are refueling and oil draining ports on the casing, as well as a dipstick for oil level inspection. Heat dissipation should also be considered.
