6. Present uncoiling system, six type leveling machine, high rigid mechanical press, automatic palletizing

Production method:

punch processing

1. blank material cutting (cut into square)

2. blanking (blanking into the wafer you want). If it is roll material, then add an open book in front. The main

equipment of automatic wafer blanking production line processing and

aluminum wafer blanking production line: feeding trolley, uncoiler, leveler, feeding machine, swing unit, special

closed single point mechanical press, quick die change device, stacking unit, scrap shear, hydraulic system

and electric control system etc..
