3003 Golden Mirror ACP Sheet Aluminium Composite Panel Board With 4mm 3mm 5mm Thick
The process of making mirror ACP panel is a manufacturing process that repeatedly using sandpaper to scrape the aluminum plate, the process is divided into three parts: degrease,sand mill and wash. During the manufacturing process of mirror ACP, the special leather membrane technology after anodes are treated can made the surface of the aluminum plate to produce a layer of leather which contains the metal component. After that, every tiny thread on the surface can be clearly seen, and the metal surface will glow compactly slender luster. More and more metal shells of the aluminum plate products are made of metal drawing crafts, in order to have a beautiful and anti – erosion effect. One of the reasons why the technology is so popular is making products both fashionable and technical.
