PE Aluminum Composite Panel Printable ACP
Due to its excellent flexibility and sound insulation properties, PE aluminum composite panels are widely used as interior decoration materials worldwide. It consists of two corrosion-resistant aluminum plates permanently bonded to a polyethylene core material. The front aluminum is coated with PE (polyester) paint.
PE aluminum-plastic panels can be used for interior wall decoration, low-rise building cladding, store decoration, partition interior decoration, etc. This building material is also very suitable for billboards, signboards, ceilings, eaves, balconies, kitchens, bathrooms, galleries, tunnels, subway interiors and other industrial uses.
Product Characteristics
1) Our aluminum composite panel is with light weight, high intensity, and easy to maintain, cut, bend, arch and install. The panel average weight is 3.5 – 5.5 kg/sqm
2) Alumetal aluminum composite panel is extremely good resistance against weather, acidity and alkaline, great thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and damping
3) Alumetal aluminum composite panel surface is dust-proof treated, smooth, flat and easy to maintain; just a neutral cleaner with water can totally renew the panel
4) The aluminum surface is tough and the core PE panel is flexible to give the panel high impact resistance
5) Fireproof and noise absorptive (the PE core absorbs noise and the aluminum resists fire)
