Manufacture Processs The manufacture started with producing ingot by advanced vacuum melting process. The wire production includes forging, rolling, annealing and drawing. FeCrAl OCr23AL5 is a ferritic iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) for use at temperatures up to 1300°C (2370°F). The alloy is characterized by high resistivity and good oxidation resistance.
FeCrAl 0Cr23Al5 alloys have higher service temperature than NiCr Alloys and much lower prices. But they have lower stability and flexibility, easily to be fragile after a time circle.
