Theory
This industrial computer adopts a modular embedded architecture, and the hardware configuration can be freely combined through standardized interfaces. The wall-mounted installation is based on a mechanically optimized metal backplane design to ensure stable support for chassis of different sizes. The touch system adopts a composite process of industrial-grade capacitive screen and waterproof film to achieve precise touch in humid environments. Technology
The industrial-grade integrated die-casting process is adopted, and the precision CNC processing is combined to ensure zero deformation installation of the wall-mounted structure. The touch panel adopts full lamination process and tempered glass composite technology to achieve IP67 waterproof and dustproof while maintaining touch sensitivity. The modular design architecture supports multi-size rapid changeover production, and all joints are double-sealed with laser welding and silicone. The whole machine has undergone 72-hour aging test and -30℃~70℃ temperature shock verification to ensure long-term stable operation in harsh industrial environments.
