Product Description:
Full threaded rods have a shank equal to the diameter of the thread. Studs have a shank equal to the pitch of the screw thread. Undercut studs are designed to better distribute axial . Cut threads are entirely suitable for many applications, even when rolled threads might be slightly stronger. Mass-produced fasteners (standard bolts and studs) are usually rolled, but add parts with custom features and small lot sizes are likely to be cut.
The sizes ranging from M3 to M52 in diameter with the length ranging from 1000mm to 40000mm, longer lengths can be made with the use of thread connectors, the special standards can be made according to customers' requirements. The standard includes BSW(Britain Standard), ASTM/UNC(America Standard), DIN(German Standard).
