Introduction

GCT-8C Rail Ultrasonic Flaw Detector is a brand new digital barrow-style ultrasonic equipment of flaw detection. It is used to detect all kinds of flaws in rail materials ranged from 43kg/m～75kg/m. It is a new type of practical, dependable instrument of rail flaw detection.

This instrument fits in with the Railway Field Standard of People’s Republic of China TB/T 2340---2000 Technological Terms and Conditions of Multicenter A Scope Rail Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Instrument.

This machine mainly include one main machine, probe and water tank. The above three parts are installed on the handcart.

Two detecting modes: A mode and B mode.

9 detecting channels: 1 channel 0 degree; 2 channels 37 degree (forward 37degree, back 37

degree); 6 channels 70 degree (forward 70 degree, back 70 degree, forward inside 70 degree,

forward outside 70degree, back inside 70 degree , back outside 70 degree).

Automatic record detection data(route, rate, time, warm, sensitivity), can record about

continue 60 days detection data. Also can save the data by hand.

Software can help you display and analyse the detection data.

Wireless port can finish GPS. It can finish remote control and transmission through Internet.

Big 8.4-inch color display can show more than 2.2 meters B scan photo. High brightness screen

can show the data under sunshine. Each channel A type pulse and B type image can be

separated with different color.

One screen can show both A pulse and B scan image at the same time. The show include A

pulse area and B scan image area. They do not interfere with each other when working.

This machine include 40 pieces touch key which can help you operate equipment easily.

The machine have automatic probe detection function. If there is any error among detection, the

alarm give any signal in 3 meters. Also can test whether the probe couple the rail. With the

software can justify whether the detector set up the normal sensitivity.

Whole machine can work normally under temperature ranged from －30 to 50℃.
