Cell loading

(1) The cell box is driven by a servo motor to transport the

product forward, so that the feeding position of each cell is one.

Each cell box is repositioned by the fixture in the reclaiming of the

material to ensure accurate positioning of the cell box.

(2) The battery core pick-up manipulator uses two sets of servo

modules to form an XZ axis. The core material is taken by means

of electromagnet suction.

(3) Battery core leak detection mechanism: Automatically check

whether the battery cells in the battery box are completely taken

(4) The cell flipping mechanism: automatically inserts 10 vertical

cells of the vertical direction that the robot sends over to the cell

conveyor belt ("1" state is flipped to the "one" state)

(5) Plasma cleaning: It is to clean the dust on the positive and

negative surfaces of the battery cell with electric ions to improve

the surface cleanliness of the battery core.

(6). Paste table paper: is attached to the positive end of the

battery with insulation paper

Scan & Test & Sort

(1) Cell conveyor belt: The conveyor belt transports the batteries

that have been displaced by the previous work in turn.

Description: The battery on the motor drive conveyor is moved forward

and the detection sensor is configured.

(2) The battery core scanning code is to self-transfer the ten battery

cores through the rotary drive mechanism, thereby reading out the

barcode.

(3) The battery test is carried out by using a coaxial high-frequency

welding pin and a Japanese-made instrument, and each battery is

tested at the same time.

(4) The ten-speed sorting trough is composed of 10 troughs. The

transmission mode is that the motor drives the synchronous belt

forward (the storage capacity of each gear is more than 120 batteries).

(5) The battery core pick-up manipulator is a module manipulator

driven by a servo motor. The battery core is sucked by anelectromagnet and the product is taken into the discharge rail

automatically puts 10 vertical direction batteries sent

by the robot 90 degrees horizontally onto the battery

into the fixture through a four-axis robot (up to 8

batteries)

(4) CCD polarity detection: take a photo scan of each

cell in the bracket to determine whether the polarity of

the cell is consistent.
