Air Suspension
Air Suspension is a type of automotive suspension that uses air springs instead of conventional steel springs. Computer-operated vents on the air springs, suspension sensors, and an onboard air compressor allow the system to main tain ride height and vary the suspension's ride characteristics.

Air Spring
An air spring is a rubber and fabric bladder that holds air pressure to support a load and isolate passengers and cargo from the shock of motion caused by road irregularities. As the air pressure increases, the air spring can support more load while the spring rate increases. The larger the air spring, the greater the maximum load it can support.

Air Shock

An air shock is a type of overlade shock absorber that can be inflated with air to increase the suspension’s load carrying ability.

1.Vulcanized, heavy-duty rubber air springs at each of the vehicle's wheels
2.An air compressor in the vehicle's trunk or under the hood of the vehicle
3.A storage tank for compressed air, which allows you to store air at around an average of 150 PSI
4.Valve blocks which direct air to the four springs from the storage reservoir through a set of solenoids, valves, and o-rings
5.ECAS computer that communicates between the vehicle's main computer to calculate where to direct air pressure
6.Air pipes connecting from the storage tank to the air springs that channel the flow of air throughout the suspension system
7.A desiccant-filled drier canister to keep the internal recesses of the system dry
