Introduction:

Designed with the dimension of 1300×3000×2300mm, the double person air shower room is actually
composed by two single person products. The double person product and the single person product have
no difference in function except for the applicable number of people and the volume. The material for
interior and exterior body of the product is SUS304 stainless steel. The body of the product is equipped
with multiple filters for getting excellent filtration effect. Users can also choose the product with high
efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA filter). There are total 24 nozzles with the mouth diameter of 30mm
set on the two sides of the product. These nozzles can achieve air shower for two to four persons simultaneously.

- Junction box on top for customer power supply.
- Control circuitry 12V DC & 24V AC

Motor/Blower Assembly:

- High efficiency motors to reduce electrical load.

- Motors thermally protected & self-lubricating.
- Motors/Blowers are selected to maintain constant required airflow rate up to twice the initial static pressure.
Filter/Blower housing has simple plug-in connector.

Lighting -Recessed 2 pin fluorescent lighting. 60 ft. candles.

Construction - Standard construction is Woodboard with plastic laminate exterior.

Epoxy Painted Steel, 304 or 316L Stainless Steel units are also available.
- Motor/blower compartment has hinged access panels.

- Shower operation controlled by solid sate LCD timer, with tamper-proof closure to ensure selected setting is maintained.
- Emergency "off" button with audible alarm installed inside shower. Built-in relays from motors, locks and timers.
Sequential operation initiated by sensor & door magnetic switch.

Factory test: 

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Factory test include:

--functional test and visual inspection

--electrical safety tests

--air velocity testing

--purification rank test (if need) 

Warranty:

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.

All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.

Additional IO/OQ/GMP document is available upon request.

Consumable parts illustration:

1: Pre-filter: each one should be replacement in each 6 month, but it can refresh no more three times.
