Stainless Steel Air Shower is specialized enclosed ante chamber which is incorporated as entryway of clean rooms and other controlled environments to offer an effective way to minimize particle contamination entering the clean rooms . Stainless Steel Air Shower utilize high vertical HEPA filter air jets or ULPA filter air jets to remove dust , and other contaminants from personnel . The forceful " cleansing " of surfaces prior to entering clean environments reduces the number of airborne particulates introduced . Operation features :
1. HEPA filter / blower modules ( rated 99.99 % efficient @ 0.3ｕｍ ) .
2. Available in Steel With Power Coated , Stainless Steel 304 / 201 are satisfied with the requirements of various clean room .
3. Control panel provides programmable control , including Human voice broadcast system , Emergency button .
4. Electronic interlocking doors minimize contamination and automatically release in the event of power failure or when the emergency stop button is pressed .
5. Personal automatic shower and energy-efficient LED lighting set to work ( mounted on the ceiling ) by infrared ray inductor .
6. The duration of air shower can be adjusted to 0-99 seconds .
