Product Description
the activated carbon filter is another effective air filtering material. The activated carbon filter panel is made from activated carbon form support mesh and frame. The activated carbon foam has high carbon content, which can ensure the high filtering and purifying efficiency. The support mesh of activated carbon filter panel can be welded wire mesh and expanded metal mesh. The rigid support mesh can maintain the shape of filter panel and extend the service life. Frame of the activated carbon filter panel is aluminum alloy frame or galvanized steel frame, which is corrosion and rust resistance
Pocket filters structure:
Bag-style medium-efficiency filter with its unique bag structure ensures that the air flow is evenly filled with the entire bag. The unique hot-melt technology prevents over-squeezing or leakage between the bags, which reduces resistance and maximizes dust holding capacity. The reinforced "bag support grille" prevents the filter from shrinking or bending under extreme operating conditions.
The medium-efficiency bag filter can be used as an ideal medium-efficiency filter for use in environments with high humidity, high airflow, and high dust loads. After the introduction of the bag filters, their application in the pharmaceutical, automotive and food manufacturing industries, commercial buildings, and various industrial and ventilation systems have successfully demonstrated that they have increased their industry standards with value and performance.
The EFS F6 Rigid Pocket Filter is designed to withstand extreme humidity and high velocities & turbulence, and is excellent for all types of air handling systems.
Progressively structured design provides exceptionally low pressure drop at high efficiency levels.
The self-supported filter pockets stay rigid in the air stream.
The filter element is free of metal parts, reducing the risk of corrosion and punctures.
Polyurethane header ensures a leak-proof bonding of pockets to header.
The EFS F6 Rigid Pocket Filter is lightweight and easy to handle, which provides exceptionally low pressure drop at high efficiency levels.
The spacers channel the air entering the pocket, which result in a lower pressure drop and lower energy costs.
Synthetic media rated at ASHRAE 65% (MERV 11).
Non-shedding fibers are specifically intended to resist moisture and chemicals.
