Our factory is a 100,000 level dust-free workshop, which meets the standard of all the products. Uniform clothes, cleaning workshop, and excellent management system ensure the effective operation.
1. Materials: The raw materials we use for manufacturing plastic containers are 100% brand new and recyclable, which are environmentally friendly and perfectly fit for cosmetic, medical, and food packaging as well. Materials are available: PET, PE, PP, PVC, ABS, etc.
2. Colors: Various colors are available for the plastic containers. Such as clear, transparent, white, red, pearled colors and any colors in the Pantone system that customers require. Or you can provide your actual samples for our reference. And we can make it as your sample or the Pantone number you provided.
Moreover, we can make the plastic containers into a glossy effect or matt finishing.
3. Logo printing: We provide service of logo printings (silkscreen printing, hot stamping and offset printing). Paper labeling and plastic stickers are also available.
4. Accessories: The plastic containers can be matched with various types of covers, such as plastic caps/lids, sprayers, or pumps.
5. Packaging: We all apply the export packing standard for our products. Usually, we pack the containers and covers separately, which are to put in a separate opp bag and then packed in cartons.
