Please provide Product name/carton size/carton numbers/carton weight/if with battery magnet motor or sensitive? brand is high risked not ship thanks.
2. what other information you need?
Please provide product photo, material , funciton, HS Code, importer tax ID etc on commercial invoice convinient for local customs work
3. Can I put low value on invoice to lowen my tax?
Please clarify goods value as real, if you report lower value the risk or fine money cause should admit by yourself.
4. I want change my name, address, consignee after I ship ?
Make sure all things do right at one time, do not change consignee name, address, telephone etc after ship,avoid any unnecessary delay or cost. If you must change, it may cause extra cost.
5. My product is super long or super heavy, can you ship ?
DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX has its limit to take a package. Please send all detail include photos and size, we will check if can ship. If goods are super big super heavy, the cost is different.
6. How long will the shipping price keep same ?
Above price for reference only, some products have additional cost accordingly, and price will change according to market without notice.

7. DHL is very expensive for me, and my country has no railway service, how to do?
You need consider your own situation and decide which way to go.
a) If your goods not many, ship by DHL. no railway you have no choice.
b) If your goods high value and urgent, we recommend by DHL/UPS/Fedex.
