Q: Are there any additonal charges besides what's including in the quotation?
A: The quote is based on the cargo weight/volume provided by your email. If the data is different from the warehouse provided, the warehouse data will serve as the final chargeable weight/volume.
The quote is a door-to-door price with the exception of exame fees related to customs agencies.
DDU price is door to door but not including import custom clearance and duty.
DDP price is toor to door,and including import cutsom clearance and duty,the consignee need not to do any work and just need to rceive goods
Q: If my goods is broken,how to deal with them?
A: You need to ask factory to do well package for fragile product and other product.we are not responsible for fragile product,but we will take more careful for this product.the goods are damaged by us,we will responsible for this.you also can buy an insurance for your goods.Insurance fee:the value of your goods*0.002,min USD25/BL.
