1. Product introduction

The compressed air flows into the deflector from the inlet, and the helical teeth similar to the fan blades are evenly distributed on the deflector. The air enters the cyclone tube coarse filter through the rain cap, and extracts most of the larger dust through the ejection tube. The coarse filtration efficiency can reach more than 90%. The smaller dust enters the fine filter and passes through the main filter. The filter element is filtered, and the clean air enters the supercharger through the air outlet and the connecting pipe. The air filter with this structure has a total rejection rate >99.5%

4. Method of operation

During installation, the upper and lower connection points must be closely attached, which can also ensure the safety of the operator. As mentioned earlier, its main function is to remove dust, so no matter what connection method is used, one word must be guaranteed: Airtight.

When maintaining a dry air filter, you should take the filter element up and blow out with compressed air from the filter element, while rotating the filter element, while the blowing tube moves along the direction of the filter paper crease to completely blow off the dust accumulated in the filter element.

5. Matters Needing Attention

The service life of filter element shall not be evaluated by observation, but based on resistance. A dirty filter element may still have a long service life, and carbon pollutants may be invisible to the eyes. The best way is to replace the filter element according to the instructions of the differential pressure indicator. If the differential pressure indicator is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new indicator.
