  Stainless steel wire mesh is used as the inner and outer layer of the filter element to increase the mechanical strength of the filter element. Then put them together in the wave breaker. A filter layer folded together into a corrugated shape. The purpose of folding into corrugated shape is to increase the filtering area. According to the requirements of different sizes and lengths, different lining skeletons are selected, including stainless steel skeletons and plastic skeletons. Cut the finished filter layer to the size consistent with the skeleton, then put the skeleton inside and wrap the wavy filter layer outside. The filter layer interface is fused with resin glue or hot-melt machine, so that the filter layer is sleeved on the skeleton. If the interface is treated with resin glue, it should be treated more aesthetically and fixed with clips for a period of time, because it takes time for the resin glue to adhere and harden.
