Peel strength: 40-48KN/cm-1 High temperature 90 degrees Celsius, low temperature -35 degrees Celsius, immersion in oil for 192 hours, high oil temperature resistance test, no shrinkage cracking and degumming.
The room temperature adhesive is suitable for paper filter elements used in internal combustion engines such as automobiles and tractors, and for bonding paper to iron plates or plastics.
1.The special adhesive for two-component room temperature curing filter element has good adhesion to metal paper, etc., impact resistance, peel resistance and vibration fatigue resistance, as well as good wear resistance and oil resistance.
2. Excellent performance. It has excellent oil resistance, high and low temperature alternating performance, and strong tensile and shear strength.
3. Small dosage, fast drying and wide application.
4. Adhesion is tight, not easy to peel.
The surface of the end cover should be cleaned to remove oil and dust, and dry thoroughly. There should be no foreign matter such as oil or water on the surface, otherwise it will affect the bonding strength.Before ingredients, stir or invert component A in the bucket, mix components A and B in a ratio of 8:1, and stir well. Inject an appropriate amount of adhesive into the end cap, and leave it for a while, so that the surface of the adhesive is evenly coated on each part of the end cap. Insert the filter paper (or center tube) into the end cap, check the surfaces of the two glue joints, make sure that they are in complete contact, and put a little pressure on the top to stand.After curing for about 1 hour, turn it over and glue it with the other end cover. After 24 hours, it can be completely dried before packaging. It can be used after 5 days.
