The end face of the folding material is flat, and the folding height is automatically adjustable. The full-automatic reciprocating origami machine is composed of material frame, slitting part and folding fixed part. The machine can not only fold single-layer materials, but also fold multi-layer materials, with more than 7 layers. The whole machine is driven by 7 servo motors to realize full four axis control. The main advantage is that there is no need for the operator to adjust the folding height manually, and all parameters can be adjusted on the touch screen, which greatly reduces the adjustment time of the equipment required for replacing products, and makes the operation more convenient.
1. The folding work of the paper folding machine is completed by alternating the upper and lower knives. The knife distance can be adjusted automatically by computer to meet the requirements of different folding heights. The size is accurate and even.
2. The filter paper completes the work of automatic counting, folding and preheating on the origami machine.
