XL-8006 INNER TRAPEZOIDAL AIR FILTER BAG MAKER
XL-8006 is a multifunctional automatic production equipment for trapezoidal air filter bags with partition strips. It is also a multifunctional equipment, and the partition strips can also be made into rectangular shapes; The entire process from raw materials to finished products is automated in one line. Neat and time-saving. Single piece or whole roll can be freely switched, and the size of the dust holding capacity of each built-in small bag in the filter bag can be set by oneself. It can also produce high-end medium efficiency bag products with trapezoidal internal barriers and low resistance. The trapezoidal and cut positions of the barriers are automatically calculated. This equipment adopts Hitachi control,and the bag length, bag width, trapezoidal internal barriers, and bag opening are all automatically calculated positions, without the need for manual size calculation, making operation convenient.
MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS
The display screen is a 10-inch ultra-clear touch screen, with Chinese and English operation display, easy to operate the machine.
The program can set up the operation function of the inner spacer trapezoid and the dust capacity, which is convenient to produce the high-end middle-effect bag with high efficiency and low resistance.
The whole machine uses the welding structure, after the electrostatic powder painting treatment.
Hitachi bus motion controller program control, absolute servo motor drive, human-machine interface operation, power on and off with memory function, the production position remains unchanged, and production continues, with high stability and excellent performance.Abnormal operation due to lack of material can be displayed and the machine will stop automatically.
