The machine is energised with the function switch "ICE", at this point the controller's box switch "CURTAIN" indicator lights up, firstly the pump and drain solenoid valve are energised for 45 seconds (the drain time is set to 45 seconds) to remove the residual water from the sink to ensure that the ice is made fresh and clean. When the water in the sink is in contact with the water level detector for 3 consecutive seconds (when the water level detector is in contact with the water, the controller's water level "WATER" indicator lights up) or continuously.
