Heat pump water heater is a new type of hot water and heating heat pump product, which is a heating equipment and hot water device that can replace boilers. Compared to traditional solar energy, heat pump water heaters not only absorb heat from the air, but also absorb solar energy. The heat pump water heater absorbs heat through the refrigerant temperature difference and compresses the compressor to heat, and then exchanges heat with water, which greatly improves the thermal efficiency and makes full use of new energy. At present, there are three series of heat pump water heaters: air source heat pump water heater, water source heat pump and solar energy type. According to different heat sources, heat pumps can be divided into air source heat pumps, water source heat pumps and ground source heat pumps. The air source (solar) heat pump is one of the most advanced products in the world today. The product uses refrigerant as a medium. The refrigerant absorbs the energy in the air (or sunlight) in the fan coil (or solar panel), and then passes through the air. After the compressor compresses and heats, the heat is transferred to the water through the heat exchange device to produce hot water, and the hot water is sent to the user's radiator through the water circulation system for heating or directly used for hot water supply. Principle of heat pump hot water unit:
The heat pump hot water unit follows the law of energy conservation and the second law of thermodynamics. Using the principle of heat pump, it only needs to consume a small part of mechanical work (electric energy) to transfer the heat in a low temperature environment (atmosphere or groundwater, etc.) to a high temperature environment. In the water heater, it is heated to produce high-temperature hot water. A heat pump can be compared with a water pump. Water cannot spontaneously flow from a low place to a high place. To transport water from a low place to a high place, a pump must be used to consume a part of the electricity to heat the water.
The CO2 air source heat pump heating technology has the characteristics of strong adaptability to outdoor temperature in cold areas, high outlet water temperature, and high heating coefficient under the condition of large temperature difference between supply and return water. Compared with the traditional Freon working medium heat pump, the CO2 heat pump can reach a temperature of more than 70 ℃, which can meet the needs of various radiators and realize heating and domestic hot water supply. As a refrigerant, carbon dioxide has the advantages of high density, low viscosity, small flow loss, and good heat transfer effect.
Main Specifications. The nominal working condition (outdoor dry bulb temperature of 7°C) reaches the hot water inlet/outlet temperature of 50°C/70°C, and the COP is 2.46. Under low temperature conditions (outdoor dry bulb temperature -20°C), the hot water inlet/outlet temperature reaches 50°C/70°C, and the COP reaches 1.66.
