PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hydraulic cold riveting machine for autotruck frames is the most simple and practical riveting equipment in recent years due to its flexible and convenient use.
It is generally applied in heavy truck, bus, car, motorcycle, train, agricultural vehicle, mine-vehicle, aeroplane, bridge structure etc.
The product developed by our company has been further improved and has the following advantages compared with traditional hot riveting, pneumatic riveting machines, etc.:
(1) Simple structure and stable performance;
(2) Small size, integrated cabinet structure, which can be moved at any time;
(3) The operation is quick and convenient, and one person can complete it;
(4) No heat treatment is required;
(5) Hydraulic system, with stable transmission, reliable strength, and the gap between the joints is eliminated;
(6) The host system is matched with different rivet tongs to form riveting equipment of different specifications;
(7) The rivet head can be replaced to form different riveting shapes;
(8) low voice; riveting pressure and travel speed can be adjusted.
MACHINE STRUCTURE
1. Rivet clamp
Rivet body and hydraulic cylinder are connected by a fixing nut. At the bottom of the cylinder is a detachable handle. One rivet head is mounted in the face of plunger end of hydraulic cylinder, and performs reciprocating motion together with the plunger. The other rivet head is fixed in the other end face of the rivet body.
2. Hydraulic control system
Hydraulic control system (pump station) is placed at one side of the rivet. The whole system is driven by a motor to input pressure oil from the high pressure oil pump to hydraulic cylinder through overflow valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, pressure gauge, high pressure oil pipe, etc., to realize reciprocating motion of the plunger.
The machine is controlled by inching, semi-automatic or automatic.
