YBW-10 series prefabricated substation (European box substation for short) is a compact indoor and outdoor complete set of substations composed of high-voltage switchgear, power transformer, and low-voltage switchgear. This product has the characteristics of strong complete set, beautiful appearance, small footprint, low investment, convenient installation and maintenance, compact structure, and movable. It is currently the first choice for new complete sets of equipment for the construction and transformation of urban and rural power grids. It is widely used in high-rise buildings, residential quarters, station terminals, commercial centers, industrial parks, public power distribution, mining and oil fields, schools, hospitals and other enterprises and institutions and places where temporary electricity is used.

Structural features

1. This product is connected by a high-voltage power distribution device, a transformer and a low-voltage power distribution device. It is divided into three functional compartments, namely a high-voltage room, a transformer room and a low-voltage room. It can be arranged into multiple power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc., and high-voltage metering components can also be installed to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. The transformer room can choose S11, S13 and other low-loss oil-immersed transformers and dry-type transformers; the transformer room is equipped with a self-starting forced air cooling system and a lighting system. The low-voltage room can be composed of a panel or cabinet structure according to user requirements. The power supply scheme has multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering, and power measurement to meet the different needs of users, and facilitate the user's power supply management and improve the quality of power supply.

The high and low voltage rooms are reasonably arranged, compact, convenient for operation and maintenance, and the high voltage switchgear has the function of preventing misoperation and interlocking. According to user requirements, the transformer can be easily entered and exited from the door of the transformer room from the track, and a labyrinth ventilation device is installed on the door of the transformer room. Each room is equipped with automatic lighting devices. In addition, the selected components of high and low voltage switchgear have reliable performance, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Convection is formed in the functional room for ventilation and heat dissipation. The base is a section steel structure with sufficient strength and rigidity.

According to different use environment and use conditions, different structural forms and materials can be selected to meet different use requirements and ensure the normal operation of the substation. The substation shell can be made of metal carved panels, non-metallic building materials, ordinary steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum alloy plates, color steel composite plates and other materials. After part or all of the surface treatment, it has the conditions for long-term outdoor use to ensure anti-corrosion and waterproofing, Dustproof performance, long service life, beautiful appearance.
