installation Steps
1.Stretch:According to the elevation of the drawing, the position size of the sun panel ceiling and the measured center line, the main skeleton position line of the sun panel ceiling is ejected.
2.Embedded parts:According to the position of the main frame of the sun panel ceiling of the elevation control line, check whether the elevation of the upper surface of the entrance beam meets the design requirements. If there is a difference, it should be cut or leveled with high-strength cement mortar. The size of the buried steel plate releases the position line of the expansion bolt, and then drills to place the expansion bolt, and installs the steel plate and the expansion bolt to fix it. Then cast the main skeleton center-line onto the embedded steel plate
3.Install the main skeleton:According to the position line of the main frame of the pop-up solar panel ceiling, first install the two ends and then the middle part.The method is: after the main frame of the square steel pipe (galvanized) is assembled on the roof, it is manually placed on the position line and suspended vertically by a line Surface, temporarily fixed in the middle and welded with the embedded steel plate. After the main skeletons at both ends are installed, the middle and both sides are pulled at a specified height (three vertical lines are measured from the support at both ends of the steel plate, and then installed from one end to the other one by one until the completion.
4.Glue and install bead:After fully checking the installation quality of the inner solar panel, install the inner solar panel, play weather-resistant adhesive, and install special aluminum alloy beading. The spacing and position of the screws of the bead must meet the requirements of the drawing
