Product Usage
This product is used to detect the IgM / IgG antibody of new coronavirus (2019 ncov) in human serum, plasma or whole blood The new coronavirus nucleic acid test is used as a supplementary test index for negative suspected cases, or combined with nucleic acid test in the diagnosis of suspected cases.
Inspection Steps
1. Preparation before experiment Take out the reagent package and samples to be tested, and put all reagents and samples back to room temperature.
2. Experimental steps ① Unpack the test reagent package, take out the test card and put it flat on the table. ② Add 10 to the sample hole of the test card μ L sample. Then add two drops (about 60%) μ 50) Sample buffer. ③ React at room temperature for 10 ~ 15 minutes, observe the results, and the results displayed after 20 minutes are invalid. ④ Simple operation steps Open the package, take out the test paper and place it horizontally.
