Structure composition

Scope of application

Storage of specimens

• There are respirable active cells (white blood cells and reticulocytes) in the blood. They still consume oxygen to produce CO 2 after sampling. Generally, arterial blood samples are stored at 37 ℃ in vitro. PaCO 2 increases by 1 mmHg every 10 minutes and pH decreases by 0.01. Therefore, blood samples should be sent for examination immediately, generally from the collection of samples to the completion of the determination, the time is not more than 30 minutes.
• If it cannot be determined immediately under special circumstances, it should be placed in a container or refrigerator containing ice water, but the storage time should not exceed 2 hours. Before determination, it should be kept at room temperature for several minutes, because every 1 ℃ drop in temperature can increase pH by 0.014, which also has an effect on PaO2 and PaCO2

usage method

1. Select human artery and take out disposable human artery blood sample collector;
2. Pull the pull rod to the pre blood volume position;
3. Remove the sheath of the needle, puncture the artery, and the arterial blood gushes out naturally;
4. When the arterial blood reaches the preset position, the piston vent valve is closed when it is wet, and the blood sampler is pulled out;
5. Activate the safety device (button on the jacket or insert the needle into the cube plastic block to prevent accidental stabbing), and remove the needle;
6. Screw on the seal and leave it for testing

contraindication

1. Anticoagulant therapy;
2. Patients with severe peripheral atherosclerosis;
3. Patients with coagulation disorders;
4. Patients with history of vasospasm after puncture;
5. Do not sample in inflamed, purulent infection, induration, scar and skin disease

Precautions, warnings and suggestive instructions

1. One time use and destroy after use;
2. If the packaging container has been opened or damaged, it is forbidden to use the contents;
3. The use of the product must meet the requirements of the relevant operation specifications and regulations of the medical department;
4. In the process of using the product, it should be carried out slowly to avoid excessive force, causing pain to patients;
5. Discard as infected waste after use.

• Medical personnel shall collect blood samples for use of products, handle blood samples carefully and blood collection equipment. Please wear qualified rubber gloves to avoid direct blood contact. During the whole process of blood collection, sterile technology should be adopted to prevent infection of blood collection parts.
• If there is air bubble in the collector, remove immediately and seal the sample holder with seal.
• Reverse the collector several times up and down, then roll back and forth in the palm several times to ensure that the blood sample is well mixed.
• Avoid storing blood specimens or minimize storage time. If it is not possible to detect immediately, please store it in a 4 ℃ refrigerator and test blood samples within 30 minutes after collection
